Hey all, we’ve been a bit quiet as of late, but we’re just starting to awake from our slumber.
Big thanks to everyone who came out to see us in Stamford last week, supporting the mighty Evil Scarecrow alongside hollowtechnic. If you don’t know either of these bands check them both out, now! We had a blast. Big thanks to Ash Rawlinson and Mama Liz’s for having us.
While we’re getting back into the swing of it, we’re heading back to The Man On The Moon in Cambridge alongside A Deeper Dreed on March 24th. Check out this page on Facebook for all the details. It’s been a year since we last played there, so we’re looking forward to playing. Hope to see you there!
Take it easy…
Hi guys, we will be playing a charity event on Friday 11th November for Creative Junkie Media who are celebrating 3 years of making great videos and are raising money for Cystic Fybrosis in doing so.
We’ll be sharing the stage with Visions, No Consequence, DAOR and The Witches. Doors open at 7pm. Tickets are £4 advance and it will be £5 on the door. Entry: 14+ Venue: Club Revolution, Peterborough.
There will be a raffle with some great prizes, so bring your wallets and donate generously!
Big thanks to everyone who turned out to see us at Beerfest yesterday! We had a great time and really appreciated the support! Extra big thanks goes out to Dom Hillier, Aaron Beeken, Emma Lane, Tony Holmes (a very appreciated pair of hands!), the sound guys and the organisers and finally Awake and Fallen Breaks (if you weren’t there check those guys out – two great bands!)
Big thanks to everyone who has checked out the video for Never Ending Day. If you haven’t yet, click here to check it out.
This Saturday we’re playing at the annual CAMRA Beerfest in Peterborough. We’ll be hitting the stage at around 4.05. We’re playing alongside Fallen Breaks, Awake, Retrolux and Letz Zep! Going to be a great day, so come along!
After some 30 odd takes and lots of blood, sweat and neck ache, we have recorded all the footage for the video for Neverending Day! Big thanks to Phil and Aaron for all their hardwork! Check out Creative Junkie Media for more from them. The official release of the video will be this Friday (19th August!). It will be getting posted up on here, Facebook and the Creative Junkie Media YouTube as soon as it’s live, so be sure to keep your eye’s peeled!
Big thanks to everyone who turned out at the Royal Mail Cart last Saturday. We wish we could’ve played longer, but time constraints caught us out.
However, it’s not long now till our return to the CAMRA Beer Festival in Peterborough alongside some really great bands – Fallen Breaks, Awake, Retrolux and Let’z Zep! Smokescreen will be hitting the stage around 4pm straight after Fallen Breaks. For more info on Beerfest – click here. Hope to see you there!
In under a weeks time, we’ll be heading out to film a video for the track “Neverending Day” from The Human Condition. We’ll let you know when it’s all done and ready to watch!
Hey guys, just a quick update to let you know what we’re up to over the summer.
On the Saturday 30th of July, we’re returning to Spalding at the Royal Mail Cart alongside Deliverance and Half Infinity. Going to be a great gig, so come on down!
After that we’re heading back to Peterborough’s annual CAMRA Beer Festival. We will be playing the last day of the festival on Saturday 27th August alongside Let’s Zep, Awake and some more great bands.
In the next few weeks we’re going to have some new merchandise for sale, so keep your eyes open for that.
We’ve also started work on some more new material which we’ll be working more on over the coming months.
Hope to see ya’ll soon…
